[Shotimes] 3.2 swap into a MTX

The link about a 3.2 motor into a MTX came up with "Warning: Failed opening
'modules/News/articl.php' for inclusion

Could it be that I being seriously computer impared did something wrong, or
could it be that this windows stuff is just doing its typical stuff of
screwing up?

The link won't work.  What did I do wrong?

And I also tried this link with a full cut and paste...
