[Shotimes] 3.2 swap into a MTX

Don D. pointed out a couple items I missed.

The coil bracket - we relocated it back on the intake manifold back by the
firewall to make room for a future project. :-)  The front 3.2 head does
require attention to mount the 3.0 coil.

The dowel pin came out easily with a little propane torch heat applied to
the block, then moved to the 3.0 location.

We didn't bother to mount the 3.0 engine hoist bracket. There's plenty of
bolts in the area to attach a chain.

Use the 3.0 intake manifold.

We also removed the engine/trans as a unit.
