[Shotimes] OT Help with '99 Isuzu Rodeo

Start with the OBD-II codes.

As always, get the exact code numbers from the person at AutoZone so the
codes can be discussed and a tentitive diagnosis created.

If the problem is not fixed first, resetting the codes won't do any good.
Once the problem is fixed, disconnecting the battery should reset the memory
in the computer.
