Somewhat.

The intake gasket is okay as long as the black coating around all the ports
is intact.

The valve cover gaskets and plug well seals can probably be re-used as long
as they aren't leaking.  A new set costs about $72 special order from
AutoZone, so it's up to you if you want to take a chance with old gaskets
and seals.  I guess it depends on what you value your time at.

If money is tight and you have time to redo work if and when they
leak........
