You can open up a big can of worms with this question.  I have Michelin Pilot XGT V4's on my GenI and I like them for their wet and dry traction, but they seem to have stiff sidewalls and ride pretty rough.

I don't mind Goodyears myself but I think most people on the list rate them pretty low.  You can browse tirerack.com for your size and select categories for performance or all season performance, and see what they have that you like.  They also have reviews that you can read on the various tires.
