[Shotimes] Repair on RSB bolt

If you are concerned about the bolt breaking torque and backing out but not
by slipping threads, use loctite. If you are worried about the bolt pulling
straight out, use JB Weld. I'd personally suggest tapping the next size up
and installing a new bolt, maybe stainless.
