Very true. It is up to the buyer to know what things cost.
Plus, there is also the convenience of buying and paying for it from your
PC, and having it delivered to your door. If you don't live near a GM
dealer, or they have to order it, etc, the $26 plus maybe $10 shipping isn't
too bad a deal.
