[Shotimes] Air Charge Temp Sensor

You're probably talking about an intermittent 114 code? Mine does the same
thing, but the sensor isn't defective. I have removed the sensor before and
applied heat to it while watching the resistance readings move up and down
depending on whether it was hot or cold. And the whole time the sensor was
within it's limits. The ACT is basically a resistor that changes resistance
depending on the temperature it senses, as far as I know they can't
intermittantly work and then not work, I think it's all or nothing with them
(correct me if I'm wrong). I recently got a EVTM manual so someday when the
114 code comes back I think I'm going to try to find out what's causing this
intermittant 114 code. Good luck with yours and let us know what you find!
