[Shotimes] Rip-Off on E-bay

I have seen this item installed on a car and I do not see how it can work
like a ShoShop item or any one that attaches using all three bolts on the
strut towers. One nut clamped down on the bar over an elongated hole will
not prevent flexing the way a proper bar with pre-loading would.
