For those of us who live in San Diego, double kudos to both the Tampa 
Bay Bucs and 4,000+ law enforcement officers. The Buc's win and vigorous 
law enforcement presence prevented Super Bowl 37 from degenerating into 
a Raider Nation, goons and gangstas Toilet Bowl. The aftermath of the 
"celebration" in the city of Oakland again shows what happens when the 
felons are left in charge of the prison.
