[Shotimes] Power Steering fluid change

Paul,

I have that also, but it isn't the Mobil 1 ATX.  I had it before using type
F.

I've reached the conclusion that the oscillation is due to a weak PS pump
and that I will likely never get it fixed.  I've had it since I got this car
at 189K
 and is is still there at 209K after a replacement rack, all new tie rod
ends and new SFBs.

Mine is bad enough that you can even induce the kickback while sitting
still.
