[Shotimes] Exhaust & Rod shifter charges

I have a '90 that needs the stock exhaust replaced with the
hi-flow y-pipe and cat-back system as well as a rod shifter
put in.  I have all the parts and just need them put in (I
don't have the knowledge, tools, or patience).  I've gotten
a quote for 5 hrs labor for the exhaust and about 4 hrs for
the rod exhaust.  Is this extremely high?  How much time
should all of this take?  Thanks in advance.
