What is the deal with the word Nuclear? It seems that EVERYONE on air
mispronounces it now, even scientists and teachers. When I went through
school, it was never once pronounced Nucular. It's like the hillbillies have
come out of the holler and are redefining our language for us. Did they run
out of shine or something?
