[Shotimes] Code 91

Hey all,

Been having an intermittent CE light. Mainly when coming to a stop(idle) or
just starting up through the gears. Then after a short time (maybe a minute)
it will go back out. I have ran the codes and get a 91 (running lean front). I
have cleared the codes and it comes back. Also it won't give a CE light for
the first 20 minutes of an engine run. Sure could use some suggestions. My
best guess is that O2 sensor. But wouldn't the codes tell me that seperately
or is that the code for bad O2 sensor?
