One of my pet peeves is people saying "artic" (actually, my dictionary
lists that as an accepted pronunciation, probably because of widespread
use). But what REALLY pissed me off is when I saw several years ago a
new beer from Coors called "Artic Ice"! (HA--I got this OT around to
beer!)
