I had sent the seller an email, under: "Ask the seller a question"

and I just asked him why he was listin the car as a standard 5 speed when it 
was an automatic.  I wasn't rude or anything, I even said thank you at the 
end of the email.

and this is what he sent back to me.
I think since it says they are a wholesaler, and in MD, that I shoudl call 
the attorney general's office in maryland, and the maryland state police, 
and tell them about the business wholesaler who is tryin ot defraud people.
it is illegal to bait and switch, and purposely false advertise.
of course, when I am nice to someone, and they are rude back, it makes me 
wanna rip their head off. So, just reporting them is about the nicest thing 
I could do.
