Josh at SHO NUT is (or is becoming) a dealer for TD rims.  I believe he is
trying to put together a group buy for a set of 17x8" rims for track use.
These are fairly "open" for brake cooling (not the prettiest wheel on the
planet, but hey for the track...) and fairly light at ~19 lb.  I think they
will be in the $700 range for a set.  Looking at an Oct delivery I believe.

I was originaly interested in the Pro Race 2 in custom 16x8" but that has
gone
out the window (I'm still in the hunt for a light, sub 19 lb) 16x8" rim
that's
"open" and has good spoke to caliper clearance for the 4 piston calipers.  I
want to eventually wean the 89 from 225's to 245's on 8" rims.

Anyway, I'm not in on the 17" group buy but thought I would pass along the
