[Shotimes] Squealing from right side of Engine

Just recently my SHO has been struggling through the 3-4K RPM range. I took 
it to the track last week and only ran a 15.85, even though that was better 
than most of my other runs I had, the car in way better shape than I had it to my 
last trip to the track. New tires ( Bridgestone Potenza ZR-17), new plugs and 
wires, new oxygen sensors,  Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch, etc. Well 
anyway I just got her all fixed up and all the warning lights off ( which still is 
amazing to look at the dash with no lights on). Just tonight it started 
squealing like crazy, it doesn't squeal as much if I'm driving but sitting still it 
seems to get worse and worse. Is this my timing belt? Does that affect 
performance at all? Possibly the tensioner.. or does this sound like another problem?
