You want to measure from the bottom edge of the rim to the wheel well,
to eliminate differences in tire sidewall.

Does anyone have a general idea of the ride height, stock and eibach? I
know there are quite a few variables to this question.
But for discussion sake, lets say take the measurement through the
wheel/hub centerline from the ground to the bottom of the wheel opening
front and rear.
The Helms manual doesn't seem to help much. Just trying to do some
comparison. My 95 is 27 inches front and rear.
