[Shotimes] Shimmy

I have had new tires balanced 3-4 times by good people at 
new machines.  Still vibrated enough to shake everything 
above 60 mph.

Took them to a shop that balances on the car and the problem 
was solved 100%.  And don't believe the old mechanics tale 
that you can't rotate tires balanced on the car, because I 
have for years and they can go to any corner and still roll 
perfect.

Your mileage might vary, but I would try balancing them on 
the car.
