On one hand you are right.  But on the other, maybe he has a really cheap rotor,
that is way off balance due to bad cooling vanes that can't be seen, or might not
even be drilled concentrically.  It could be anything, by no means not including a
totally out of whack computer balancer machine that completely got a tire or two way
out the last time someone tried to do it off the car.

Besides, remember....those Gen 2 cars have pretty wobbly dashes.....!
