Actually, it the tie-rods seems fine, it's in the
sterring mechanism somewhere. Hard to describe, I
beleive it's within the gearing of the Rack&pinion,
but there should be no play, once the steering wheel
is locked, how tight should the lock be? As far as
tie-rods, I have ruled that out for now. As for
theplay I have felt, it's not the mounting or
bushings, it's within the gears somewhere. Is that
normal?
