[Shotimes] Wheel Bearing replacement?

When my bearings were bad on the '97 it sounded like the brakes dragging.
But when you turned the wheel ever so slightly the sound went away.  It got
louder as time went on.  In the end you could grab the tire at 9 o'clock and
3 o'clock and move the wheel quite a bit.  Scary.
