Different cooling passages in the heads, and a slightly higher compression
ratio IIRC.  The Interceptor 3.8 is 160 HP, 215 TQ, and the regualar 3.8 is
140 HP, not sure of the TQ.  This is all from memory, so I could be off on
the numbers a little.
