[Shotimes] Convention weather

We have been having rain storms rolling through WI the last couple of days.
Not that you can trust long range forecasts but the track day at Blackhawk
looks like 60% chance of light rain with a high of 84 and the drags look
mostly sunny with a high of 84 as well.

I'll let you guys know as the date approaches.
