[Shotimes] Rigging up a fan switch?

Anyone give me the quick and dirty details of adding a fan override switch to
my car so that I can turn it on and leave it of when stopped at idle or what
not. I'm getting sick of turning on and off the DEF.

I figure that it has to be a fairly simple thing to wire in. I'm sure it has
been discussed places, but I'm running around to crazy to look. If someone
knows of a thread or post they can point me to that explains doing it I'd be
very very appreciative.
