The Plus from Hell did that while it was in the dealership in Ok City, stumping
everyone, with its bad battery terminal.  I didn't know what was causing it at the
time, but the CCRM was clicking like mad as you say.  I guess it was just being
rapidly energized and de-energized by the intermittent power coming from the
battery.  Now that it has a good terminal, it works just fine (didn't hurt it).  As
you and your car are teaching us, it obviously doesn't matter where in the PCM power
circuit the bad connection is......the symptoms are more or less the same.
