[Shotimes] ok pit crew, yet another question

first and for most, thank all of you who helped me through the idler tension 
pulley, water pump, power steering pulley and crank shaft pulley ordeal. 
this problem started a few weeks before all the other stuff went bad. 
occasionally when coming to a stop the car will stall out. sometimes it drops to 3 or 
400 rpm then back to 1200 to 1400 then back to 3 or 400 rpm and so on and so 
on, sometimes it just shut down. this is with no air conditioner running. had 
hoped that when they put the new plugs in it would stop. no such luck, it 
seems to be getting worse each time i drive the car.  when it seems to be running 
right the rpm reads a steady 800. any ideas??????????????????
