[Shotimes] Pulsing Power Steering WAS: VAPS problem & question

Flushing did NOT help the pulsing.  The AutoRX did.  I drove over a year on
the clean synthetic fluid and the pulsing was still getting worse.  Since
adding the 2oz of AutoRX the pulsing is gone.

What is the general consensus on the cause of a pulsing power steering?  I
know a lot of people have this problem, including a friend of mine with a
'93 that has been doing it since he bought it a few years ago, and I am
curious if flushing the fluid cures this for everyone or if Paul just lucked
out.

I think mine is just starting to do this, too, and when I go to replace my
clutch real soon, it'd be the perfect time to fix anything power steering
related.
