[Shotimes] VIN Help (Carfax) & SHO Plus ?'s

While all of you are enjoying the convention, I am sitting at school toiling away.  However, by chance my friend had his car towed and in the towing company lot, what was there, but a somewhat beat up PLUS (Deep Jewel Green).  I inquired with them about what they'd want for it, and I am going to take it for a spin.  They actually own the car (they sell cars that are not claimed for a while).  I know it's not going to be SHOw worthy, but I was thinking I could maybe restore it to decent shape for my younger brother.  (Note: I am 20. LOL I must be crazy).  I don't think they are going to want much for it, but here's the scoop. If anyone could run a carfax on it, I would appreciate it.  Also, it was built 5/91 .... a pretty late Plus...

Also, Plus fans... how does the Plus spoiler mount... looks like it had it (has the bulge hood, chrome trim, Rod shifter (I think!), slicers with blank caps.  There are just clip looking things left now where the spoiler goes.  It is Deep Jewel Green with black interior.  Looks in decent shape, except the paint is fading and there is a dent in the passenger side.  Engine runs, but heard a slight knock on startup (then sounds fine, just one knock... low oil??).  It also burns a bit of oil (cam stem seals?)  Also, the steering column is cracked where the ignition cylinder would be.  Let me know what you think, what I maybe should pay for it (not much!), I'll report more back later.
