[Shotimes] Broken Shift Cable (was shifter linkage problem)

This is my second post for some reason I can't see the first so sorry if 
this is a double.  I was able to investigate a little better last night and 
it appears as though my forward/aft  cable has actually snapped.  Does 
anyone have this part lying around after a rod conversion job?  Can someone 
supply me with some instructions on how to replace this.  Thanks in advance.
