[Shotimes] Plus or not? & Odometers too

Personally, I vote for the last two mileages being "bogus" . The even 
thousand increment doesn't jive to me; 34,000 and 12,000.
Depending on where it came from, title, service work etc, someone could 
have been to lazy to look up the real mileage and just keyed something in.
That would make the car at 163,000 now. But that also is only 6,000 in 
24 months??
