[Shotimes] strange SHO engine on ebay

Flash rust. If it was a 89 then it would have a small flywheel. Serious
doubt that only one would be made from a new casting. Look at the trouble
the SHO SHOP has to make a larger displacement with the regular block. If
you know nothing about SHO motors you could be told anything. You might be
able to tell the stroke of the motor through the plug hole but not the bore.
