$20 at my local locksmith with it set to my original key. Also $20 at
AutoZone but I don't know about the key.

Replacement ignition locks are available from a dealer ($50-$60 iirc.) There
are 5 different ones labled ABCD&E, depending on cut #6, which is common to
both locks. If you get the one that matches your door key, you can have the
keys that come with the new lock ground to match your doors. Otherwise, you
can use a different key for the doors and ignition.

it has part of the housing that holds it in, broken off. What and how does
it get replaced to fix this issue. The car runs and drives, but requires a
bit metal pole to turn the part that starts it!!
