Yep, only two ways:

1.  Original window sticker.

2.  If it's Jewel Green, as that color was only available in Jewel Green.

Try http://www.shoclub.com/ and navigate toward the bottom and you will see
the most definitive write-up I've ever seen on the "Plus".  There is no way
I know of to crossreference a VIN to determine if it had the 212A option
package short of calling Ford directly.  But there are enough clues on that
web page to tell you if you have a "Plus".  The other easy way would be if
you had the original window sticker.
