[Shotimes] Plus or not?

With the mish-mash of Plus pieces on Plus/Non-Plus cars, that is not even a
good determinate.

Plus (bad pun!), there are a lot of people who would go through the hassle
of changing the window trim.

All plus's had silver window trim around the windows. Not many people would 
go through the hassle of changing that. So that is one way to be more sure
that 
it is a plus.
