[OT] Making change (was RE: [Shotimes] A/C Problems)

I went to get a two burgers yesterday and it was $4.26

I gave her $10.31

She asked several employees, then had to find the manager to make change for
her!

Don will appreciate this one - I did the same thing at Pep Boys years ago
and the girl made perfect change.

I looked at her and said "You didn't go to public school, did you." <G>

She said "No - I just graduated from F.I.T.  (Florida Institute of
Technology - a very good, private four year university).

Today's high school education seems to barely be the equivalent of an 8th

Ok guys, please forward a AZ clutch kit part number so I don't have to find
a guy at the counter with his head actually attached!

My last trip into AZ I asked for Denso plugs, Him "ah we don't carry that
brand", me "then why is that Denso banner up there on the wall?"
