[Shotimes] anti-lock light

There are a whole slew of tests in the shop manual, section 12.  Too many to
describe here.  I had the same problem once, did the appropriate tests which
require a meter and pulling the plug out of the ABS controller.  No problems
found, and when I plugged it back in the light was off.  Probably just
needed to be reseated.  You might try that.
