[Shotimes] Need advice on SHO problem.

Bill:
 After the car dies and does not start. Before opening the gas cap. See if
you have any pressure at the test port on the fuel rail. Use a rag to soak
up the gas and watch it! Has the fuel filter been changed? After the car
dies can you cycle the key on and off and hear the pump running?
