Could be true, but I wouldn't' be too worried unless you can get more info.
CarFax can be flaky at times. It even only shows me as the 2nd owner of my
'94. When you get to the detail, it shows a title change in 9/2000 from IL
to MI, but they didn't call it an owner change(???)

Hmm, interesting.  My car shows 2 accidents.  One less than a month
after the original owner bought it, and one a week before I bought
it.  This requires some investigation.
