[Shotimes] Couple of questions before I hit the Junkyards...

1. Are 95 and 96 brakes the same?  I see some people like to put the 96
brakes on their pre 96 cars.  What's involved with this swap?  What other
years can be used to upgrade my 93?
 
2. Will 2002 wheels fit my 95?
 
3.  92-95 Sables appear to have the same front marker and main light
housings as the SHO.  The only difference I see is the small inner light.
Are they truly interchangeable.  How about the fenders (I don't mind
drilling holes for ground affects)?  I am assuming the hoods are identical
but I saw a guy selling an SHO hood on eBay and he got good money for it
which makes me wonder.
 
4.  Is the radius arm on my 95 SHO the same as any other Taurus/Sable?  I'm
sure the length is the same but are the SHO parts stronger or thicker?
