[Shotimes] Power Windows Quit

In girlfriend's 94 ATX, we recently had the full interior out to clean the
carpet and such.  Don't know that it has anything to do with my current
problem, but I figured I'd toss that in at the start in case it matters.
When we put the car back together we found that the moonroof would not
close.  Passed that off as bad timing until we found the windows were not
working either.  Checked all fuses and found them all to be in good shape.
For some reason the moonroof decided to work again but the windows still
don't.  Do switches go from exhibiting no problem to a full failure?  Any
other places that I should be looking?
