[Shotimes] Lexol build-up on leather removal ?

Depends on the actual condition of the leather. Lexol does good at keeping
leather in good condition. It and most other products cannot undue past
damage to the leather.
If you have actual spots on the leather then I don't think Lexol will help.
The spots are most likely areas where something has altered the dye in the
leather (lightened or darkened it). These will not come out no matter what
cleaner you use.
Also, if the dirt is in the creases and will not come out, then chances are
that the creases are actually small cracks and it's a good bet that the dirt
is actually in the cloth mesh and not on the leather. There's not much you
can do to get the dirt out of the mesh.
By all means try Lexol, but keep in mind that leather conditions only keep
leather in good condition and don't actually 'fix' anything.
