[Shotimes] power steering flush?

I remove the PS hose that is leaving the cooler and going to the PS
reservoir. I then attach a hose to the nipple on the cooler and put it in
the bucket. Then I siphon out as much as possible from the reservoir and
fill with fluid. Then disable the ignition and crank the motor moving the
wheel back and forth while someone pours in the new fluid.
You only need a quart. But if the old fluid is very dirty the new fluid
will get dark quickly.
In this case I siphon out as much as I can and refill. Keep doing this over
a two month period as long as the fluid keeps getting dark. At first every
two days, then every 5 days, then every week then every two weeks....
When the fluid stays clean I then would flush with some good fluid such as a
synthetic ATX fluid. You can see how clean the fluid is by putting a drop
of new fluid and old fluid next to each other on a paper towel.

Subject: [Shotimes] power steering flush?
Could someone please remind me, what's the procedure for flushing the
power-steering system? Which hose to disconnect, where do I drain out old
fluid, where do I pour in new? How many quarts of new fluid should I have
on hand? Thanks.
