[Shotimes] Power Steering?

I suspect bad subframe mounts (although it could be the rack). Ryan Staley's
'91 did/still does(?) something similar, and he had bad  (as in
disintegrated!) subframe mounts.

I am currently having a problem that when I turn left the steering wheel
seems to stick.  If I let go of the wheel it will hild itself there, but if
I turn it hard enough it will continue to turn. Any suggestions.
