[Shotimes] 3rd brake light led

I have had one go out on me.  Replaced it and everything is fine.  When I
dismantled it I could find no apparent reason for the failure

 The light is made up from a number of individual LED's. Usually only one or
two go out, If the entire light is not working I would check the power and
ground for the light.
