You will lose low-midrange torque.
I would put them in the car that will get the 3.2 transplant!!
I would NOT put them in the autocross car. In fact, a set of ATX cams may be
better for autocross, as a good torque curve seems to be a better thing for
low-speed autocrosses.
IMHO, the best car to put them in is the one that belongs to the person who
buys those cams from you off Ebay!!

I've received a set of Stage 1 cams.  Have to decide which SHO to put them
in.  Opinions?
-- 92 is mostly track, some street.  75K, stored winters, plenty of mods.
-- 91 is year-round driver and auto-crosser.  140K, a few mods (MAF,
cat-back, suspension).
Do Stage 1 cams help at low or high RPMs?  That's probably the crucial
factor.
