[Shotimes] lug bolts shearing off

Mid 1991 they changed the diameter of the hole in the middle of the rotor.
It changed only by a very small amount but it makes a difference. You have
put the rotors with the smaller hole and the rotor is not completely seating
on the hub. You need to replace your rotors with the ones with the larger
hole. Take you build date off your door when you go to get the rotors.
