[Shotimes] white paint

The question made me go back and look at the color choices for the original 92
brochure

I know we've discussed recently the way Mocha exterior was listed but none
built.  In fact if you crossreference the color to interior trim choices, the
table lists only Mocha and then says not available on SHO.

So at the time of printing, Oxford White, Silver Clearcoat and Red were the
only exterior color choices for the SHO as Emerald Green wasn't apparently
available.  I believe some black 92 SHOs were built, but that wasn't listed as
a choice either.

Finally, Ultra Red Crimson Clearcoat was the only SHO specific color the
brochure mentions.
