[Shotimes] Aborted? Emissions Test

I would say dumbass tester.

The first time they had to run a test on mine here in Texas, I had to 
explain to the guy why the tach on machine was reading an idle of 1700 
rpm.  He said he couldn't test it with an idle that high.  When I explained 
to him that he had set the machine up for a car with a distributor and not 
distributorless, he picked the right letter on the menu, and off we 
went.  If the machine was reading nothing, it's not the car's fault.
